Accepted File Formats:

We accept files in almost every standard application, but we prefer files be in the following applications and formats:

Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) — These files will need the fonts included or outlined along with the links included or embedded.

Acrobat PDF Print Ready file — These pdfs are to be saved with crops and bleeds included.

For the best quality printing, all photos and images used in the files should be high resolution images and at least 300dpi.

Production Tips

Document creation tips for the best printing results:

• Document should be the correct page size, plus crops and bleeds.

• Any element that is to extend past the trim edge of the paper should extend at least 1/8 inch beyond the trim for bleed.

• You have included all the fonts needed that are used in the file, and only the fonts needed, or make all of your fonts outlines when possible.

• You have included all the links, images, art and photos that are used in the document.

• If using spot/PMS colors please make sure your file is using the correct spot colors and not CMYK.

• When setting up or saving a file for a booklet, please save as single pages and not as spreads.

• When sending print ready files and print ready pdfs please make sure you proof your file before you send it.
